Essential Items to Bring
Despite the fact that we have a wide variety of toys, practically every cat has a favourite that they simply cannot live without.
Include an item with your scent, like a shirt, to help your cat feel connected to you even when you're apart.
Ensure all required documents (ID card and vaccination card/book) are prepared for drop-off. For additional details, feel free to reach out to us.
Remember to provide the correct number of doses needed for your cat during your absence.
Pre-measured meals can be conveniently packaged in labeled plastic baggies for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Our hotel offers Royal Canin Fit 32 as an option for our guests.
REQUIREMENTS

Cats must be aged two months or older.
Cat must be in good health.
Vaccinations must be administered at least 2 weeks prior to boarding, and their status must remain valid at all times. Cats with expired vaccinations may be rejected or not accepted to ensure the safety of all cats under our care.
All cats are required to receive Revolution/Frontline/Advocate/Advantage-cat treatment. We will administer the spot-on treatment for all cats during check-in as protection against ticks and fleas. Cat owners may opt to bring their own treatment, otherwise, it is available from us. Charges for tick prevention vary based on the pet's weight.
Our staff will conduct a physical examination during check-in to ensure your cat meets the above requirements.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Explore Our Terms of Service
If your cat is found non-compliant with boarding requirements during check-in, a handling fee of 50% of the reservation will be imposed. The remaining 50% will be refunded within the next THREE (3) days.
Check-in time is between 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Check-out time is between 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Late check-out will be considered as day care, and you will be charged for the service.
*Kindly note that all arrivals and departures are by appointment only. Late checkouts will incur additional charges.
1. Illness During Boarding
If your cat is found to have parasites, illness, injury, or disease, it will be confined to its lodging premise for treatment. If the condition is infectious, your cat may need to be relocated or returned to the owner.
2. Medical Treatment During Boarding
In the event that your cat requires medical treatment while in our care, we may request permission to:-
- Save your cat at all costs
- Provide medical treatment within a specific budget
The owner agrees that CATZCAPE may use images of the cat, in whole or in part, for promotional purposes in all forms and media, including display on our website and social media accounts.
1. Reservation Cancellation or Amendment
Please contact us for any modifications or cancellations regarding your reservation. Requests must be received at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date for the following policies to apply. Modifications are subject to room availability and can be made free of charge.
For cancellations, the amount paid will be provided as credits for rebooking on a subsequent stay. A cash refund request will incur a processing fee of 10% on the booking amount paid, with the funds reversed to you within 7 working days.
2. Shortened Stay
We do not offer refunds (cash or credits) for unused days of stay.
3. Extension of Stay
Please reach out to us directly for assistance with extending your cat's stay. If your cat's stay has not yet begun, you can request an extension online via our booking platform.
If a modification or cancellation request is received at least 48 hours prior to the reservation commencing, the following refund policies apply:
- Charges will be refunded in the form of credits for use on a subsequent stay
- Charges will be refunded in full less a 10% processing fee (based on the total amount paid)
- Reservations cancelled within (48) hours of the date of check-in shall not be refunded.
If the cat is not picked up within a reasonable timeframe, it will be deemed abandoned. It may be surrendered to the relevant authorities or re-homed at CATZCAPE's discretion, and the owner may lose ownership of the cat. In this case, CATZCAPE is released from further liability and responsibility for the cat, and the owner remains liable for all unpaid charges.
Grooming
Our facility is equipped with high-quality grooming tools and equipment, enabling our staff to provide your cat with a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
A grooming session may last anywhere from 2 to 3 hours. We appreciate your understanding as we familiarize ourselves with your cat and strive to make the grooming experience as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
